DT HANDEL & CONSULTING GMBH

DT Handel & Consulting GmbH is an owner-managed company from Hamburg, registered at Amtsgericht Hamburg under HRB 177014. The managing director is David Duong. We started in 2022 with import and export between Vietnam and the EU. Today the focus is on IT.

We look after the systems of small and medium-sized companies, from Microsoft 365 through servers to the network, and we develop software. Project management and your contacts sit in Hamburg and speak German. For larger projects we extend the team through our development partner in Vietnam. We work in German, English and Vietnamese.

Two things we run ourselves: i-papierlos, our software for digital document filing, and the distribution of vegetable drinking straws in Europe. So we know the work from both sides, as a service provider and as a business that writes its own invoices in the evening.

The third area is the business bridge between Germany and Vietnam: partner search, delegations, support with investments. We know both markets from our own experience, the German one and the Vietnamese one.

Our history

2022

DT Handel & Consulting UG was founded in Hamburg in June 2022. We started with import and export between Vietnam and the EU.

2023

In November 2023 the UG became a DT Handel & Consulting GmbH. Since then we also offer IT services in Hamburg.

2024

In March 2024 we launched our brand for the distribution of vegetable straws and took part in the INTERNORGA trade fair from March 8 to 13.
In October 2024 we moved into a new office in Hamburg.

2025

DT HANDEL & CONSULTING GMBH put its focus on IT in 2025. As a Microsoft partner we set up Microsoft 365 and Azure for small and medium-sized companies. Added to that was the development of the document management software i-papierlos. At the same time we are building up the distribution of vegetable drinking straws in Europe.

2026

In July 2026 we added AI and automation as a service of our own. For small companies we build processes that capture receipts automatically, bring figures from different sources together and send reminders about deadlines. What we offer runs in our own company first.

Since August 2026 our document management software i-papierlos has been generally available.

  • Twenty years in IT projects, the last five of them in trade between the EU and Vietnam.
  • Responsible for technology and for running the company.

Quynh Trang Le

Co-Founder

  • Business graduate (SRH Berlin). Ten years in marketing and sales in IT, plus project management, quality control and client communication.
  • Certified in ISO 27001 and MS-900.

Minh Tam Le

Marketing

  • Looks after marketing and communication: website, social media and online advertising.
  • Studied Sinology at the University of Hamburg.

Nguyen Anh Minh

IT Administrator

  • Looks after Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and client workstations.
  • B.Sc. Media Informatics (HAW Hamburg). Certified in MD-102, MS-900, ITIL v4 and ISO 27001.
